methods don't have virtual destructors, added the virtual destructors to
get rid of warnings and potential memory leaks

Most just needed change from .c to .cpp, other headers (of
some animation files) were refering to animation.c, which
now is fixed as well

Problem: Editors like gedit and others will not recognize *.xml.in files as xml, so if opened there is no syntax highlighting making those files harder to read.
This commit fixes this by adding <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> to all *.xml.in files in lp:compiz 

Used extern in header files to declare variables there and initialize those and assign the values in the respective .c/.cpp files

Separate the unminimize animation from the minimize animation, so they can be configured independently
