Set the NET_WM_STATE_FOCUSED property on windows of type dock or spashscreen so that they don't get the state GTK_STATE_FLAG_BACKDROP set by default.

As per https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-help/2010-10/msg00255.html we can't define some
static variables as extern and link them statically inside objects.
Otherwise these might be redefined multiple times, allocated mutiple times and
destroyed, again, multiple times causing memory errors. (LP: #1749957, #1750619)

getNextXEvent collapses MotionNotify X11 events to avoid processing all of them
while only the latest one is useful.

The code was however actually returning the first MotionNotify instead of the

We get the value from the root window and we parse it using regex.
Also use this in 'move', 'resize' and 'grid' plugins by default, doing the
appropriate lightening / darkening to make this working properly
on the desktop surface

The fade-out animation was still happening when the duration was set to 1,
while it was broken when it was 0. Fixed both.

In unity-lowgfx.ini set the animation duration to 0 in grid and d not
draw stretched windows. Enable blending again as it's really not
expensive in this case, while not having it, really makes the user
experience a lot poorer. (LP: #1700859)

Also we don't really need to damage at every X event. It's just about doing it
right the firs time, by including the exceeding space.
Also optimize damanging in outline-mode, by only touching such regions

Plus add some optimizations when not blending, as we don't care about the alpha channel (LP: #1700859)
