No source changes, this is only done because we erroneously made a
partial upload of 4.2.6.7 and want a bump for a canonic upload.

Only try and use Samuel's repository if ATK is not already at an
acceptable version so to allow local ATK backports, or potentially
building on newer versions easily.

With also info on the ATK packages trickery.

The scrollSubstringTo*() interfaces are only available with ATK >= 2.32
so we need to build with that version for the scrollto patch to
actually do anything useful.

Adapted from https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/89851 PS3 to apply
and work on LO 4.2.

The manifest is updated to list the new files, but given it's not
sorted it might need amending on the real target machine.  It's mostly
done to make sure they don't get forgotten.

This is useful to allow installation of mythes-* packages providing
thesaurus for various languages, as the ones in Jessie depend on
libreoffice-core or openoffice.org-core.  As we want our libreoffice4.2
to be parallel installable with Debian's libreoffice, but not force it,
we should provide one or the other of the mythes-* dependencies.  It's
safer to provide openoffice.org-core that is not in Jessie.

Fix slowness in Calc after repeated editing.

Those are likely consequences of the different ./configure options.

It seems there are only arch:all packages in that directory but let's be
cautious here.
