Convert's `-flatten` option will compose all images together, here
resulting in combining the various pages together, which is obviously
not what we want.  Simply remove the alpha channel compositing it over
the background color with `-alpha remove`.

The rule comes from msginit and is the default for French.

If the background is transparent, make sure to fill it with white not
to result in a transparent image.

Large values result in ImageMagick cache limit errors with some input
files.  Hopefully 150 should be enough even for small fonts.

Convert PDF input to TIFF so that FineReader properly orients the pages
dynamically, fixing reading of upside-down or sideways PDF files.

Also fix its French translation.

Do not indent XML file after post-processing to avoid spurious
white space insertion on convoluted tag sequences.

Improve the post-processed result by maintaining the width for elements
replacing frames.

Apparently LibreOffice behaves strangely when the first thing in a
document is a 0-height paragraph, and can move into the page header
and get stuck there.
For around this by making fake paragraphs "very small" instead of 0,
avoiding the issue.  "very small" is sufficiently small to have no
visual effect.
